Halloween History Challenge Free Worksheet

October 11, 2016 by Cat Weers

It’s hard to believe that in a few short weeks it will be Halloween. AND, it’s on a Monday this year. As a teacher, that’s rough! An entire week of candy crazed kiddos bouncing from the walls and ceilings right into your classroom…….

To mark the holiday, I have created a free worksheet (my first one!) you can use with students in a multitude of ways.

Download a free copy here.

Note to teachers:

  • This worksheet corresponds the History Channel’s Halloween History Page.
  • You can extend the learning by watching the Halloween themed videos with your students.
  • Integrate the challenge in any subject area. Don’t limit yourself to History!
  • Best for students in grades 6-12 as some of the videos can be a bit scary.

Happy Halloween! May yours be mostly treats, not tricks!
